L\u2019objectif de ce rapport \u00e9tait d\u2019analyser les cons\u00e9quences de la r\u00e9forme Sapin, dite \u00ab\u00a0minist\u00e8re fort\u00a0\u00bb, sur les conditions de travail et la sant\u00e9 des agents. Pour ce travail les expertes ont bas\u00e9 leurs analyses sur la mani\u00e8re dont les agents vivent leurs situations de travail actuelles dans 3 UT (Paris, Toulouse et Montauban).
